My clients haven't received a tip request, why?

Clients have received a tip request text

There are a few reasons your client might have not received a tip request text message. Here are a few common :

  • Client's phone number may be a landline
  • They may have opted out of receiving text messages
  • They are on your DNC (Do Not Contact) list
  • They received a tip request within the past 5 days

To prevent spamming your clients and ensure a positive client experience, Allset prevents multiple messages to be sent out within a 5 day timeframe.
